We work with clients of all ages and have team members who specialize in pre and post natal women as well.  The ultimate in effectiveness and convenience. Nutrition Coaching and Dietary Services:  Information overload?  Bogged down with food myths? Our nutritionists will keep things simple! Online, telephone and in person nutritional programmes are available.  
Self—Service: OPTIMISE Online allows you to option to guide yourself through your diet and exercise program, using templates created by fitness and nutrition experts.  You can also choose a self-guided option with our support, or a full-service personalized online service.
Kitchen Makeovers and Shopping Service:  In person lessons by a registered Nutritionist.
